Four bedrooms. Four baths. Zero fighting over the bathroom in the morning. This Middlefield home is built for real life, with 2,039 sq ft above grade plus a finished basement and not a scrap of carpet anywhere. First impressions? A sweeping curved oak staircase that makes every entrance feel like a grand one. The main floor flows from a bright living and dining room, wide-plank floors and pot lights included, to a cozy family room with a brick fireplace for the long Markham winters. The kitchen pairs warm wood cabinets with granite counters and a breakfast nook that opens straight to the deck, so morning coffee goes outside whenever the weather cooperates. Upstairs is where it gets good. The primary suite measures over 20 x 18 ft. That's not a bedroom, that's a retreat. It comes with a sitting area and a skylit ensuite with a sleek floating vanity. Three more bedrooms and an updated marble-look bath keep everyone else happy. The finished basement is the bonus round: a huge rec room with wainscoting, a second sitting area and a full bath with a tiled shower. Think home theatre, gym or guest quarters. Out back, there's a big deck, a 30 x 105 ft lot and mature trees for privacy. The double garage and drive park four. Tankless water heater and central air included. Steps to schools, parks, shopping and transit near McCowan and Denison. Flexible closing.
