PISTOL LAKE - The market has been asking about Pistol lake and now we deliver! This professionally built cottage completed in 2006 has all the comforts of home for easy living on your own 5.29 acre parcel of land that is surrounded by crown. The cottage is tastefully finished in pine with some drywall to give contrast and warmth from any room you decide to relax in. The west facing lake views at Pistol Lake narrows will stop you in your tracks! Privacy and 430 feet of frontage need to be emphasized here before moving forward. This property is accessed by private road with gate access to further enhance living in the woods with prime Muskie fishing meters off your dock. The 3 bedrooms are all ample size and have independent wash basins in each of them for brushing teeth before lights out. The Regent wood stove and baseboard heat will be an easy remedy to get rid of the chill on early spring mornings or late fall evenings. The septic field allows all those nice comforts such as a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a 2-stall garage on the property to help keep equipment out of the weather. Properly built on steel piles won't go unnoticed to anyone that knows construction and the importance of a stable foundation. These are just words, come sit in the lake side screen room and embrace the silence for yourself.
