One of the most desirable locations within this complex. Unit 16 is flooded with natural light with windows on the east and south sides. The parking spaces and the garage are right beside the unit itself. This unit is equipped with an accessibility ramp and railing from the parking area to the front door. An eat-in style kitchen features a healthy amount of counter space, a built-in dishwasher, and an eating nook. An over-sized living room features hardwood floors, a closet and a south facing widow. The master bedroom has double closets and a 4 pc bath right next door. The hot water heater and water softener are owned and stay with the condo. Underneath the entire unit there's an easily accessible and reasonably tall, dry crawl-space for storage and mechanical access. There's a "party room" included as a common element. Low monthly condo fees of $357 make this unit particularly affordable.
